1.       With a minimum of 100 words, how would you describe yourself?

The word most often used to describe Grace is energetic. The second is headstrong.  Between the two, she’s a rather polarizing person; some write her off as vapid, stubborn and hyperactive.  Others find her energy and her ability to not sweat the small stuff charming.  However those aren’t the only notable things about her.  She’s unwaveringly loyal, hardworking and fairly athletic.  Her enthusiasm for sports and competitions is second only to that of diehard Quidditch fans.  She’s toyed with the idea of playing for the Quidditch team of whichever house she ends up in, but she’s leaning towards being a spectator.  She loves adventuring, and aside from the possibility of new friends, new things to learn, and a new place to call home, that’s the most exciting thing to her.

2.       When are you most alert; morning or night?

Morning. Being the little ball of enthusiasm and energy that she is, Grace has no problems waking up and being alert first thing in the morning.
 
3.       Would you consider yourself as a quiet, calm person or an active person?

Active person. Her muggle grandfather’s nickname for her is “Energizer Bunny” for a reason.
 
4.       What do you do when you get nervous (IE: Do you hide? Get loud? Fluster)?

When nervous, Grace tends to pace and talk. She finds speaking her mind helps ease her anxiety, even if it’s only for a moment and the person she’s speaking to can’t understand a word she says because she’s speaking so quickly. She also bites her thumb nail.
 
    5. What do you do when you get angry (IE: Shout? Hit? Stay quiet?)?

When angry, Grace tends to confront the problem directly. She’ll usually give the person she’s upset with a piece of her mind and then walk away. Afterwards she’ll often go find some kind of physical activity to do to burn off the remnants of her angry energy; usually a walk or one of her “adventures”.
 
5.       What do you do when you are happy (IE: Bounce? Smile? Giggle?)?

Grace is happy most of the time, but the indicator of an especially good mood is when she smiles to herself for no apparent reason.
 
    7. What are your thoughts on school?

Grace is excited. Her parents used to tell her stories about all the wonderful things they used to do at Hogwarts and all the shenanigans they got into. She can’t wait to have stories of her own to tell, and she’s also excited to learn proper magic. The closest brush with real magic that she’s had was her paternal grandfather dropping her out of a second storey window – much to the horror of her mother and grandmother- to ensure that she was not a squib.
 
  8. Do you have any interesting habits? Please list them below. (IE: Suck on a finger, Twirl hair, Sing in the Shower?)

Grace has several “bad” habits,  of which she is usually in the process of trying to break several of them.  First of all, she chews on her thumbnail.  If she is bored or anxious, she will chew the nail of her thumb – and only her thumb- down to the quick.  She also has a tendency to wrinkle her nose when she’s concentrating, and she laces and unlaces her fingers when she’s keeping a secret or lying.
 
    9. What do you think when you have dreamed about achieving something?

Grace often thinks of what steps she has to take to achieve what she wants.  If she wants a good grade, she’ll think of how many books she’ll need to read for research, and or how many hours she will need to study. If she wants to have a certain position in a club or group, she will think of what areas she will need to put the most effort into, or the skills she will need to learn.

    10. What would you like to do first at Hogwarts?

Explore. Grace desperately wants to start exploring the castle and grounds of Hogwarts. She wants to learn secret passageways, secrets, and the names of odd portraits that nobody else knows.  She’s sure her explorations will get her in trouble at some point, but she really doesn’t mind.  Once her curiosity is satisfied, she’s sure she can settle down and behave.
